As the holiday season approaches, we wanted to send a friendly reminder about our community’s holiday decoration policy so everyone can enjoy the festivities without any unexpected issues.
Per our HOA guidelines, homeowners may display a reasonable number of holiday decorations and lighting beginning no more than 30 days prior to a publicly observed holiday or religious observance, and decorations must be removed within 20 days after the holiday.
To help you plan, here are the display windows for this year’s major holidays:

We share this simply as a friendly heads-up — our goal is to help everyone stay in compliance and avoid violation notices, not to dampen anyone’s holiday spirit! We know how much joy festive lights and decorations bring to our community, and we want to make sure everyone gets to enjoy them fully within these windows.
